A Good Point

We received many response from concerned neighbors. I have attached one response which outlines the argument that the County, by approving the catering business, violated the both the definition and intention of the C-1 zoning code.

We have been told that in 6 months the company will be moving (I was told 6 months about 3 months ago). Even if the catering business moves we are still concerned by the County's actions in this case and what future interpretations may be.

UPDATE: Laura Caplan from the North Fair Oaks Council has clarified that the business will NOT be moving. Only 'the bulk' of catering operations will be moved. The company will continue to operate a deli and apparently will continue with some of its catering operations at the Fair Oaks Avenue location.
