I am near the BAC facility, and also have had concerns regarding their presence. The former "Home Grocery" was a retail establishment with existing parking sufficient for the business volume. (Home Grocery was also a place for locals to meet and chat frequently) Since BAC has occupied the location, I have seen at any given time up to eight company vehicles, which includes 6 cargo vans and 2 box trucks. Given that the eight company painted business vehicles already exceeds the established parking, they are forced to use the residential frontage. This does not include the employees and management, so I am not sure that the County has a clear picture of the operation. I am a big supporter of small business, but I think this operation is larger than the location properly accommodates. I feel the code interpretation needs to be better examined.
